Jätten has made underground electronic dance music since the nineties and toured the north since the beginning of this millennium (both as a DJ and performer).
Influences from Detroit techno, Chicago house, chiptunes and old school electro have always given the music a melodic touch no matter what is fashionable at the moment.
Music trackers and analogue synths have always been equally important in the making of his tunes and performances. The concerts used to be mostly improvised on the spot out of the reactions from the dancefloor.
Jätten is currently working on material for future performances where prepared tunes can be combined with improvisation and spontaneity, to add more melodies, complexity and excitement to the performance and still leave room for spontaneity and an unique experience for the dancefloor.
